Offline navigation feature lets you navigate to stops even without connectivity. To use the feature, you need to download an area of a map where you drive the most. When you drive in that area and lose connectivity, you will still be able to get turn-by-turn directions to your stops.
Note: Download sizes can range from 30MB to 500MB depending on the size of your map selection. If you are using mobile data, we recommend switching to a Wifi network.
Here is the step-by-step guide:
Tap on the menu button at the top left corner
Select “Offline Navigation”
Tap “Select a New Region”
Pinch and zoom an area of map where you need offline navigation
Click “Download”
If you want to download several regions, repeat steps 3-6
That’s it. An area of map will be downloaded and you will be able to navigate without any connectivity. You can rename the map area if you would like to.
